My Very Very Bad!

My humblest apologies to T-Mobile.  I did get my rebate and feel terrible I was angry about your services.  The problem was totally on me and I have no excuse.  I did try to call and apologize but could not get the people I talked to due to more error on my part.  So once again T-Mobile accept my apology and I am truly satisfied with your products and services.
